Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VoxBoard subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
- After expiration, your account will be downgraded and your data will be retained for 30 days
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of first payment: full refund, no questions asked. If VoxBoard is not the right fit for you, we are happy to refund your first payment in full.
- Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within the first 30 days after payment.
- Service outage: if VoxBoard experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charges, wrong amount), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Monthly subscriptions after the 14-day window from first payment
- Partial months of service on monthly plans
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Unused portions of a free trial period
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at voxboard@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request within 3 business days
5. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Free Trial
VoxBoard offers a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. Since no payment is collected during the trial, no refund is applicable. If you do not subscribe after the trial, your account will simply be downgraded.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing subscribers will be subject to the refund policy that was in effect at the time of their most recent payment.
