1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoxBoard ("Service"), operated at voxboard-lemon.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VoxBoard is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to collect customer feedback, manage feature requests with voting and comments, share public product roadmaps, and publish changelogs. The Service includes embeddable widgets, AI duplicate detection, email notifications, and API access.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. VoxBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorize recurring charges. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle handles as the Merchant of Record.

5. Free Trial

VoxBoard offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Unused trial periods are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

VoxBoard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoxBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant VoxBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and store that content solely for providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting support. VoxBoard may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VoxBoard does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
